How long will it take to ship my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders will be processed and shipped via NZ Post within five working days of a successful purchase.

You will receive an email with tracking number once your order has been processed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. I ship internationally via NZ Post, so as long as your country is accepting post from NZ you can place an order. If you get an error message when trying to ship internationally please contact me for assistance.

Please note that any customs duties/taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check if these will apply to your order prior to placing it so there are no surprises.

Do you accept returns?

Accepted Answer

No, unless items are damaged upon receipt all purchases are final. Each item in my store is hand made, and is unique. Please choose carefully and look at all the photos for each item before you purchase.
